Welder Performance Qualification
Welders that are qualified to a national welding code, often referred to as "Coded Welders", can be an asset to your company. They can provide assurance to both you and your customers that welding has been performed by personnel who have been tested and certified to meet recognized national quality standards.
Welding Procedure Qualification
The developement and qualification of suitable welding procedures, particularly in accordance with a national welding code or standard, such as AWS D1.2 can be a very important part of a manufacturer's quality control system.
Specialized Training Programs
We offer training to welders in both the GMAW and GTAW processes. This training can be combined with both welder performance and/or welding procedure qualification. Such training programs can be customized to address individual customer requirements and, if required, combine specific theoretical aspects with hands-on welding.
We offer training in aluminum welding technology at all levels. AlcoTec can customize a training program to meet your needs and designed specifically for your welders, welding supervisors, welding inspectors, engineering and/or technical sales personnel. A variety of topics can be tailored to your specific needs:
